WHEN AND WHERE
Venn Music Festival, Bristol
31 May-3rd June 2007
Venn was Bristol's much loved festival of musical overlap, which ran for five years from 2004-2008 (inclusive). For the first time in 2007, Venn Music Festival extended their programme to include Venn Art, which Polar Produce co-ordinated and curated. The focus was on locative and public performance based works from local and national artists including The Special Guests, Le Couteau Jaune, Carly H, Mr. Hopkinson, Lucy Ward, Poppy Stephenson, with graphic and print by Timmy Lee.

'One of the best festivals I've been to...a real sense of discovery and urgency and fun, all put together in an attractively haphazard way'. Frances May Morgan, editor, Plan B
'Very different to the raft of samey indie festivals that now infest the UK...this is probably their most stylistically broad programme yet'. Flux
'One of the most vital (festivals) on the UK circuit'. Rock-A-Rolla
'Everything is happening everywhere at once...there's nothing for it but to just dive in...Venn gets better every year'. Venue
