ABOUT
BOXING BOOTH took two iconic public objects - the traditional red pillar telephone box and the 17th century boxing booth, combining both to create a urban object with a twist. Installing a boxing bag inside, the typical red pillar telephone box is transformed, rediscovered and subverted as an outlet for physical discharge, fun and release.
BOXING BOOTH was part of the Mayfest 2009: Bristol's festival of contemporary theatre, Bristol Old Vic Theatre (UK), 2009.
